Winter 2020 Details

DATES: Wed. Jan. 15 – Wed. Mar. 25 (no class Mar. 18)

TIME: Wednesdays, 10:00 – 11:30am (arrive 5-10 min early to settle in)

TO BRING: Yoga Mat + Water bottle

  • Full Session: 10 Classes – $150

Class Format

Each class will be divided into three parts:

1) Gathering the Energy: Floor Mat Work – Yoga, stretching, strengthening and core work

2) Moving the Energy: Free Dance – For the JOY of it, and to get the heart and all the systems moving to fantastic music!

3) Grounding the Energy: Mindful Movement – Meditative stretches, followed by a final relaxation

For all abilities – Each person can work to their own edge!
